[1.7] Updated: gamin-0.1.10-10

The following packages have been updated for Cygwin 1.7:

This release is the first built for Cygwin 1.7 with gcc-4.3.  The fsset 
configuration command is now supported, as documented on the gamin 
homepage[1].
