[1.7] New: dbus-glib-0.80-10

The following packages have been added to the Cygwin 1.7 distribution:

*** dbus-bash-completion  0.80-10
*** libdbus-glib_1_2      0.80-10
*** libdbus-glib_1-devel  0.80-10

dbus-glib is a GObject wrapper of the D-Bus IPC reference 
implementation, and is used within GNOME in lieu of ORBit2, which has 
been deprecated.
