net/lwip_tcpip/current/include/netif/ppp/ is a new directory. Does it
exist in your local CVS checkout? For avoidance of doubt, you need the
"-d" switch when updating:

   cd packages
   cvs -q update -d -P net/lwip_tcpip io/eth
