So this is progress. I assume that it has been some cherry-pick from HEAD to
stable. I think there are approaches now:

1. find the point in stable/14 where it still where 14.3-STABLE and then bisect
to HEAD of stable/14 and find the cherry-pick
OR
2. try HEAD, verify to fail. Try a much older snapshot build if it works, you
have two points in time for good and bad, then do the bisect. With that and
time you will be able to find the first broken commit.

Alternatively, you might skim though commits and find anything UEFI related,
roll back, build test.

Any will be time consuming unless our pros for UEFI have a better idea.
