Imapuw and Sendmail Installation

   Hi

   I have install FreeBSD 4.8. now i want POP and SMTP server in this
   regard i got imap200e.tar.gz and sendmail.8-10.tar.gz. its my first
   experience installation of sendmail and imap200e installation on
   freeBSD.

   Plz tell how i can install both daemon through source code? and what
   kind of extra software me should install first?
