Found the bump was done at commit 1569e2334ab5
  https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-src/commit/1569e2334ab5b2ee1e2b7893cb05c17a27d3eca8

while yours (0ed292531e04) looks prior to it

Possibly the mirror your src tree is pulled from still didn't have
anything newer than 0ed292531e04?

Or you've forgotten to installkernel?
