Note the /libllvm/ above that I reference below.

Unsure of your intent here. Was it:

# find / -name libllvm.a\* -print

?

You already listed a path with a /libllvm/ in it above. The "-name
libllvm" usage would match that.

.a files are archives that contain copies of other files, such as copies
of .o files. They are not directories of themselves.
