[CFT/Review] DPAA2 SFP+, LX2160A eSDHC, Thunderbolt bridge, FreeBSD on Apple Silicon (vz), arm64 16K pages

Hi hackers,

I'd like to share a few things I've been working on recently around
FreeBSD/arm64, and I'm looking for testers and code review before
attempting to upstream the relevant parts.

1) DPAA2: SFP+ now works on LX2160A (runtime configuration support)

   In addition, an eSDHC (sdhci) driver attached via ACPI for the
   on-board TF/microSD card reader has started working:

   Testing on LX2160A-based boards (e.g. SolidRun HoneyComb) would be
   very welcome, especially with different SFP+ modules.

2) Thunderbolt: the Thunderbolt bridge (networking over TB) has
   started working. Work-in-progress trees:

   The second branch covers the NHI driver and ICM-based connection

   already merged:
