I am closing this bug because the "Documentation not Found" issue is a desktop
environment conflict between GNOME's Yelp and KDE's KHelpCenter for the help:
URL scheme, not a defect in textproc/meld. lantw44@ provided an xdg-mime
workaround in the discussion. This is a system-level desktop integration issue.
