Hi Bakul,

Thank you for the suggestion. Support for scheduling on heterogeneous cores
definitely an important area for FreeBSD.

However, since the GSoC deadline is only two days away, I don't have enough
time to properly research the scheduler and put together a good proposal by
March 31st. but I will keep this in mind for future contributions.
