Changing username on Phabricator

Hello!

I've just changed my primary email address (the one I'm sending this message
from) and set Phabricator to use it as primary address as well.  However, my
username on Phabricator is still made of my previous email address (which I'm
no longer using).  I tried to make use of 'Change Username' option, but it
says that only administrators can change usernames.

Is there a way I can change my username on reviews.freebsd.org to reflect my new
email address?  I guess I have to make a request to administrator somehow?
