git diff to allow build with openjdk25-headless

I played around a bit and this patch makes it possible to build packages us=
ing
openjdk25-headless by defining OPTIONS_UNSET+=3DX11 in make.conf.

With this I build a java package using the headless flavor in poudriere.
# pkg info -d sbt
sbt-2.0.1:
        openjdk25-headless-25.0.3+9.f.1
        bash-5.3.15
