	Hi!
I"ve a problem at the first step of installation FreeBSD 6.1 on my "Acer 
Aspire 1670".
I install FreeBSD 6.1 from CD set(CD1:FreeBSD_Install and 
CD2:FreeBSD_Packages)
I insert CD1,make first boot device CDrom in BIOS,and reboot.
Then I can see:

 2.Boot FreeBSD with ACPI disabled
 3.Boot FreeBSD in Safemode
 4.Boot FreeBSD in single user mode
 5.Boot FreeBSD with verbose logging
 6.Escape to loader promt
 7.Reboot


 Select option,[Enter] for default
 or [Space] to pause timer 10

I chose 1. and saw next:

That's all, installation process was terminated.
I  tried 2.,3.,4.,5.,6. items and had the same result.I too tried 
,choosing 6.,to do next : 
unset acpi_load[Enter]; boot [Enter].And it was in vain.
