Suspend/resume on amd64, two kernel Compaq 615

Hello! Are there any chance to make Compaq 615 (amd64, two kernels) to suspend/resume? On 7.2, it plainly refused to suspend; on 8.0, it suspends but does not resume (except maybe cooler, but that's not exactly what I want from notebook). Did not try yet on 7.3.
