FreeBSD 4.8, problems with DWL-520 card

Hi,

 From the manuals for wi I found out that DWL-520 card is supported
and just bought it. Now I am trying to set it up but here is what
I get during booting:

wi0: <Intersil Prism2.5> mem 0xddcff000-0xddcfffff irq 10 at device 6.0 on
pci0
wi0: timeout in wi_cmd 0x0000; event status 0x0000
wi0: wi_cmd: busy bit won't clear.
wi0: wi_cmd: busy bit won't clear.
wi0: init failed
wi0: wi_cmd: busy bit won't clear.
wi0: wi_cmd: busy bit won't clear.
wi0: mac read failed 5
device_probe_and_attach: wi0 attach returned 5

 Any ideas why this is happening and more importantly how
can I make the card work?
