Agere Orinoco mini-pci

All,
the pcmcia card is listed as supported (but not the minipci via man wi).  
I'm curious if anyone has had any 
luck with the mini-pci version of this card.  I think it should just need 
a hardware id, but i've not been successful at getting it detected.
