thanks.... i guess better later then never...
below is the dmesg. i might be wrong but there is a lot going on pci0.
cbb0 says cardbus0 failed. cbb0 is on pci0 (which in turn is on pcib0
which is on apci0 which is on the motherboard and has a fixed Power
Button?!?!) but so is xl0 (nic) with the same irq....
