Okay, so the problem still exists on my mobo bios 3002:
* It is rare on slow ISP (~50M).
* It is frequent on fast ISP (1G).
* It may be related with vm (vbox) or just more traffic is generated.
* ifconfig igc0 show all work fine, dmesg shows no problems, but there is no
traffic, simple ifconfig igc0 down/up fixes the issue but this is not possible
for remote connections.

I am in contact with ASUS Poland they just forwarded this case to HQ, really
good support I must say, lets hope they will find the solution, maybe obtain
new firmware from Intel or push them for the fix :-)
