Product: Ports & Packages
Version: Latest
Hardware: Any
OS: Any
Status: New
Severity: Affects Only Me
Priority: ---
Component: Individual Port(s)

Firefox 153.0.3 on h16.0-CURRENT #105 main-n287884-16e47f317c4c: Sat Aug 1
16:20:36 PDT 2026)
gmail fails to start on Firefox. No errors shown onscreen, just a completely
blank . No "M" splash and the screen indicated
that the load was complete afte about 1.5 seconds. (Spinner stops.)
I then ran Firefox from a terminal and tried https://gmail.com, I got
following messages:
Extension error: [Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80070057
(NS_ERROR_ILLEGAL_VALUE) [nsIDOMWindowUtils.addSheet]" nsresult:
"0x80070057 (NS_ERROR_ILLEGAL_VALUE)" location: "JS frame ::

One possible related issue is that, in an attempt to fix an unrelated drm
problem, I ran 'pkg autoremove' which did remove a lot of ports. I have rebuilt
both firefox and its dependencies. Maybe something is missing? All other Google
tools (maps, calendar, etc) work fine as well as all other websites I have
tried.
