Hi, thanks for a new port submission.

It's well-prepared overall, thank you.

A few comments/questions:
- Can CONFLICTS be narrowed to CONFLICTS_BUILD/INSTALL?
  If libvpl builds with onevpn installed, CONFLICTS_INSTALL would be enough.
- Use package name for CONFLICTS* not name of origin
  Simply use onevpl or libvpl should be fine.
- multimedia/ffmpeg has VPL option (OFF by default) and depends on onevpl
  Can this be also switched to libvpl?
