Unmaintained mail/mu and mail/mu4e

Hi,

The ports mail/mu and mail/mu4e are out of date. The version in 
port collection is 1.8.13 and broken while the current version 
supported is 1.12.13.

More than one year I report the problem :

and the last report with a new patch :
