Thanks for the advice.

Unfortunately I don’t have a BMC serial port hooked up.  Will have to work
on getting that done for the future.

However, I did hear back from Raptor Support and I'm sending them the board
for non-warranty evaluation/repair.

Hopefully, it's a simple fix of debricking a corrupted BMC.
