Your keyboard layout is very close to so called "Russian phonetic
layout"

On US/Russian keyboard with slashes located at Backspace key it is
following:
ю1234567890-чэ
явертыуиопшщ
асдфгхйкл;“
зьцжбнм,./

And on US/Russian keyboard with slashes located at Enter key:
ю1234567890-ч
явертыуиопшщ
асдфгхйкл;“э
зьцжбнм,./
