Thank you for stepping in and sorry for the hassle! The first patch had the
deletions, in the second patch I omitted them because of the "git rm" remark.
In retrospect it would have been better to had the removals in a separate
patch.

AFAICT, that is the "old" dma-buf.h. The version in 23.1.7 uses __u64 here.
