You added a whole new USES, which is a framework change. Now you're going to
add a new flavor to a bunch of ports. This all together is a pretty large
change that imposes more work on other ports committers and package building
cluster.

I believe that putting xlibre into DEFAULT_VERSIONS would be a much less
invasive change.
