For clarity;

is deprecated != been removed

Traditionally, we've made a note of removals in
RELNOTES || UPDATING.
Personally, I think syscons(4) still has value for
several cases and needn't be removed. Tho a strong
warning would be appropriate. If only to inform a
would-be user that it's incompatible w/drm and
accompanying graphics drivers.
