writing to flash disc

Hi,

I want to create customized filesystems hierarchy in a flash disc.
In  the freesbie project, where can I change the scripts to handle
that? I used the command "make flash" when making the deployment.

Basically I want to populate the following filesystems in a flash disc:
/
/dev/md0 /tmp

and put var in /tmp with the symlinks:
/var -> /tmp/var

I also want to get rid of the LABEL stuff in the fstab, and use a real
device name eg. /dev/ad01a for example.

Where can I make a change in the scripts/ or conf/ or extra/ directory
to accomplish this customization?
