Hi,
I have put a version of the c't UMBPCI version (only 4 chipsets, the
version with open source as published by c't magazine in 1995) with
comments translated to English at:

(some 500 lines of TASM assembly, translating the comments took only 45min)

Have fun with it. I hope nobody complains about the licensing...
