Re: Beta vs. Stable

Im new in the list, my opinion is the one of a simple user. But I agree
Aitor's opinion. In my case, I do a good amount of  bats, makros and small
programs with xywrite in a Win98se system at home. Xywrite runs fine in
Freedos, but as the behavior of MS-Dos and Freedos sometimes are differen't,
you must program twice: to run in the Win98 and to run  them under Freedos.
Nothing dramatically but... I think a lot of the succes of the MS company
was to try to make easy the life of the simplest user. Many people learned
MS-Dos and will be happy to avoid to learn again to finally do the same...
Of course, nothing against new opcions, programs, to enrich the OS.
