well... dog v 0.71 had a non working cp. (It didn't do diddly sqat). And
nowadays the precompiled DOG is compiled with BCC 3.1. So the bug should
not affect dog. thanks for testing though. The 0.71 version is BTW ancient
(the current 0.8.3 has manymanymany bugfixes).

As for tp, well it works for me (It must be compiled with TC by mistake,
but the newer version (0.8.3) doesn't have this (could you verify)
