As Marcus and I already pointed out, you basically replace process
instanciation by service invokation to achieve blackbox algorithms.

And as far as enforcing DRM is concerned, a free OS is as good as a
proprietary one. TPM doesn't relies on closeness of source code but on
cryptographic protocols.
