First you dismissively summarize Brett's reply made in good faith as "long color rant that I'm all too used to". (As an aside, I can relate to his reply b/c I also have mild deuteranomaly and fail Ishihara test. IIRC, about 1 in 8 males has _some_ form of color vision anomaly). Then you misinterpret my reply that was honestly meant as an encouragement (b/c obviosly most people in this thread (and Thor's DECwriter) were not very enthusiastic about more colors in console). I'm sorry I failed to make myself clear enough. You obviously neither need, nor want my encouragement (or anyone's approval) and I apologize for presuming otherwise. I guess I should stop replying to this thread lest I create even more confusion. Don't worry, my punch cards have seen worse. -uwe
