QLandkarte updated to 0.7.1

Hello,

I just have committed QLandkarte latest version, 0.7.1.
Seems to compile fine here for me, but I still don't understand why the 
plugins are not loaded correctly. I must have done something wrong here, 
but can't see what. If somebody has an idea, feel free to update the 
package.
