New pkg: p5-JavaScript-SpiderMonkey

I've just added the p5-JavaScript-SpiderMonkey pkg for accessing the Mozilla 
Project's spidermonkey JS engine from Perl. It looks good to me, but I'm only 
importing it as a dependency, not because I know how to use it myself, 
testing is definitely welcome. (along with any Makefile formatting or 
procedure suggestions, since this is my first pkg.)
