It would be nice to get rid of the whole python dependency but these
files are part of gcc. A developer working with a non-pkgsrc gcc on
other systems might expect them to be present with the pkgsrc gcc as
well. So I would leave them untouched, even if they would turn out not
to be used by the compiler itself but just being convenience functions
for the developer. And if they are used in the testsuite it would cause
further problems for developers. 
In my opinion they are in the proper place and the aotcompile.py for
instance is correctly loaded by /usr/pkg/gcc47/bin/aotcompile.
