What state does t= he prom leave VGA in before it attempts to execute the loader? Also, I've mentioned this to Jaime too, but I have been working on a unif= ied prep/rs6000/bebox mkbootimage binary, in powerpc/stand/mkbootimage that s= hould be easier for users to use, as I combined the elf2pef, gzip and mkbootima= ge steps all into one step. (it's based on the prep one). Eventually I wan= t to switch all three ports over to using that. However, when writing it, I'm = not sure if I properly dealt with the loading issues around 0x3100, so it mig= ht need some work. As it stands, prep and rs6000 can probably switch to it, I just haven't f= igured out how I want to do the makefile goo for it yet.
