5.0 restorecd

NetBSD 5.0 has been released, so I've also created and put
5.0 release based NetBSD/cobalt restorecd:
ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/cobalt/restore-cd/5.0/

No particular fuctional changes in restorecd itself from 5.0_RC4 one.
Briefly tested on my Qube 2.
