Incorrect 'no options 32' in src/sys/arch/evbmips/conf/MALTA32

Hi,

whithout the following patch MALTA32 config fails to run 
(cpu_arch 0x20 not supported) under qemu 
(qemu-system-mips --kernel netbsd_malta -nographic -M malta)
