it the cause the the breakage in LOONGSON kernels.  This is the head
revision of the file and is present in netbsd-7 as well.

Reverting to r1.30 of "sys/arch/mips/mips/bus_dma.c" produces a 7.99.4
kernel that boots successfully on LOONGSON platforms.
