Yes. But this is not the normal way to make a disk bootable. You should
run "disklabel -B sd0" to install bootblocks, copy /usr/mdec/boot to
/boot.hp700 and place a kernel /netbsd in the / FS.

No X11. It should be possible to write a generic XServer that utilizes
STI ROM functions, but there is nothing like this at the horizon.
