Hi, after a while I found my old Dell Axim X51 and remembered I tried to install NetBSD on it. Now I tried again. I followed the tutorial[1] meticulously and got hpcboot.exe to start (kind of). I chose the WZERO3 kernel because its closest to the pdas specs. It seems to load and execute the kernel and it writes info to /dos/bootlog.txt but what you see is only the screen freezing in the hpcboot.exe. The log stops with: > 2nd bootloader vaddr=3D0x0057f000 paddr=3D0xab389000 > 2nd bootloader copy done. > [progress] 8 > seg[0] paddr 0xc0200000 file size 0x3fae5c mem size 0x3fae5c >=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 ->load 0xc0200000+0x003= fae5c=3D0xc05fae5c ofs=3D0x00010000+0x3fae5c > seg[1] paddr 0xc060ae80 file size 0x34cfc mem size 0x513e8 >=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0=C2=A0 ->load 0xc060ae80+0x000= 513e8=3D0xc065c268 ofs=3D0x0040ae80+0x34cfc I tried a serial console but the usb-adapter does not register as a serial console on the connected machine (I don't know if the pda detects it). Is there a way to bring the kernel to write all detected hardware into the bootlog.txt so that I can try to customize the kernel accordingly?
