I suspect you didn't read the message very thoroughly, the system
isn't getting anywhere near the stage where entering boot flags is
possible.
Nor is booting any kernel ever being attempted, so what would be in
the kernel, if it was ever booted, isn't really relevant right now.
It would be kind of interesting to know whether it could boot an
ancient windows boot CD if one of those could be found (would probably
need to be something like windows95).
