re: cmake stuck on mips

FWIW, my edgerouter4 running recent -current sucessfully built and
used "cmake" just a day ago.  it is running mips64-eb (not pure n64.)

i wonder if there's some broken library -- for a short time a year
or so ago, i had cmake hangs on an older x86 -current that i worked
around a bit by installing an older cmake package, and eventually
found the problem had been fixed though i don't recall any details.
