GCC seems to generate little-endian code by default for SINIX configs...
i tried to port gcc to one of these boxes about 9 years ago (failed
miserably - it was my first real attempt to do anything with gcc) and
i recall them being little endian, yeah... sinix must be the worst
unix i ever had to deal with. as i recall the hardware has a "sash"
(stand alone shell) somewhere in the boot process. there was something
before this and maybe something after it. too long ago and it was too
strange to remember...
good luck!
