NetBSD/sun3 9.0_RC1 on 3/60

Hi,

Naruaki Etomi ([email protected]) kindly sent me working sun3/60 recently,
then I've confirmed NetBSD/sun3 9.0_RC1 GENERIC works fine:

except two minor bugs:

 (miniroot install fails to configure network)
- https://gnats.netbsd.org/54835
 (miniroot install.sub uses sh(1) function not enabled with SMAL)

I'll commit fixes for these two bugs soon.
