I had NetBSD 10.0 on a T420, that system had some very
minor issues with suspend/resume and video.  But I scored
a T430 from a relative who got a new Laptop :)

Absolutely no issues on the Thinkpad T430 with NetBSD
10.0, everything works.  But, I never use Bluetooth so
I cannot comment on BT.
