Wireless cards

Soekris 4521.  Want to stick a wireless into it that's
not the Orinoco that I borrowed to see that it would work.

Obvious needs are:
  PCMCIA (vs. mini PCI)
  External Antenna

SHOULD be able to go promiscuous and whatever's needed for
snagging traffic.

Thoughts/recommendations/URLs that sell them?
