I think that it is emBSD 2.0, which is based on
OpenBSD, a 3.x version I am sure. In any case, 
why not just try using the OpenBSD man pages
for doing what you want and syntax? Some files
that you *may* want to edit are:

/etc/hosts
/etc/mygate
/etc/myname
/etc/hostname.* ( these are not present, you would have 
to make them, so a man hostname.if for syntax/content)
