anything that will compile and run on open 3.0 will compile and run on
emBSD 2.0, the libs have purposely not been crippled for that reason...

same thing goes for 2.1 with open 3.1 binaries...

Also, FYI we base on -stable code at the time of release so hopefully
things will be upto date... 2.1 already had the ssh updates and the
relsolver problem repaired....
