I have two PDFs from the HP web site:
-rw-r--r-- 1 jkunz users 311227 Aug 31 2001 pdc1_1.pdf
-rw-r--r-- 1 jkunz users 373950 Sep 4 2001 pdc2_0.pdf
and they document sysmap (page 4-78 resp. 4-91) but not memmmap.
http://h21007.www2.hp.com/dev/, click on "technical resources",
"technical documentation", "references and manuals". Hellmuth pointed me
to this information.
Where did you get doc for memmmap?

Sure it works. But maybe this (possible) bug will show up later.

I didn't want to embrass you, sorry. I just wanted to point to a
possible bug.
